(A)LURE Truffle Menu

Matt Horne, Chef de Cuisine at (A)LURE, has crafted an exquisite Truffle Menu designed for enthusiasts to fully appreciate Western Australia’s ‘black gold.’

Maple glazed duck breast, confit leg meat, with candied chestnuts, parsnip and thyme purée with shaved Manjimup truffle, as well as Wattle Valley brie aux truffle with fresh local honeycomb and a black truffle crisp are just some of the unique dishes that Horne has created in celebration the truffle season.

Guests can choose from the a-la-carte Truffle Menu, or for $95 be treated to the full truffle experience with a three-course menu that includes a choice of entree, main and dessert, all accompanied by wild mushroom, truffle petit soup, garlic and black truffle foam, another option, the $129 menu includes wines to match.

Those who dine from the Truffle Menu will also have the chance to win tickets to the Good Food and Wine Show and an exclusive three-course lunch designed by 2010 Masterchef contestant Marion Grasby.

Hennessy Dinner at Yú

From ‘black gold’ to ‘liquid gold’, Yú Restaurant will again be hosting the exclusive and popular Hennessy Dinner on Wednesday, July 6.

A unique dining experience featuring the world’s finest cognac and a masterful menu showcasing the renowned flavours of Hennessy, coupled with a specially crafted five-course Cantonese menu prepared by Yú Chef de Cuisine, Pat Cheong.

Guests will also have the opportunity to win a limited edition Hennessy gift set. Tickets are $188 per person for Club Burswood members or $208 for non-members.
