Have ‘una bella notte’ at Modo Mio this New Year’s Eve and let Giampaolo take your tastebuds on a trip to Milan with a four course menu featuring his signature dishes Raviolo di zucca al burro e salvia con fegato grasso salsa al balsamico and Filetto di cernia in crosta di granchio, asparagi, salsa ai finocchi e zafferano. These fabulous dishes will be accompanied by Prosecco, Pinot Grigio and Chianti, truly making it a night to remember.

(A)LURE is turning up the heat this New Year’s Eve as guests are invited to sip on luxe cocktails and Sandalford Margaret River wines whilst watching the sun set over the city, indulging in decadent canapés prepared by Chef de Cuisine, Matt Horne.

Freshly shucked oysters, Peking duck wontons, pork and chilli gyoza and freshwater marron with wasabi will be some of the delectable delicacies on offer.
