From 92.9’s Breakfast team, Basil Zempilas and Sam McMillan will try their hand at the game for a great cause, joined by Renae Wauhop, Patti Chong and footballer favourite Peter Wilson.
Entry fee into the Tournament is $200, with 100% donated to assist research into the prevention, detection and treatment of Breast Cancer.
One victor from each table will then battle it out for great prizes on the final ‘pink’ table, with the winner securing their seat in Burswood's final satellite of the 2012 Aussie Millions Poker Championships held this December.
There is an array of fantastic prizes up for grabs, including a luxury overnight stay for two at the five star InterContinental Perth Burswood, dinner at Nobu Perth valued at $500, a $800 voucher from Bonds Security Products, and a $400 dining voucher for four at Flying Colours restaurant at Ascot Racecourse.
Burswood has ‘turned pink’ in support of Breast Cancer Month in October, with a host of fundraising initiatives across the month including the sale of Pink Ribbon merchandise complex wide.
Breast Cancer Month at Burswood will culminate in the Pink Poker Tournament, set to boost the fundraising total and make a valuable contribution to the Foundation.
