The Complex comes alive for Chinese New Year from Wednesday, February 2 with lion dancers, traditional banquet meals, canto-pop stars and of course, all the action on the casino floor.
The crown jewel of Burswood’s restaurants, Yú will be treating guests to an exquisite traditional Chinese New Year feast featuring ‘Prosperity Raw Fish’, succulent fresh salmon served with plum sauce and a sprinkling of five spice powder.
This appetizer is served as part of a decadent nine dish banquet due to its symbolism of "good luck" for the Chinese New Year, and will be served along side whole steamed fresh barramundi and crispy roast duck.
For a more casual celebration head to 88 Noodle Bar for their celebratory dishes including Char Siu Pork with soup, or from $15.95 head to Carvers for their Asian inspired buffet and endless soft drink, coffee and tea.
Proudly presented by Burswood Entertainment Complex, Eric Suen Yiu Wai, Canto-pop star sensation from Hong Kong, will treat you to a breath-taking 90 minute performance complete with all of your favourite numbers from Man in the Mirror, Zhi Yao He Ni Zai Yi Qi and In the Name of …. Love, plus much more.
Former Miss Hong Kong runner-up and Strictly Come Dancing 2 winner, Grace Wong, will feature as a very special guest and will be accompanying Eric for some of the show, as well as singing some of her own much anticipated numbers.
