Player Activity Statements

We offer play history activity statements to help you manage your gambling. Player Activity Statements can be accessed on all VIK machines to show you how much you have been spending. Simply insert your Club Burswood card into a VIK machine, enter your pin and press ‘Access Responsible Gambling’ then ‘View Player Activity Statement’.

Play Safe Limits

Stay in control and still have fun while playing the games at Burswood. To help you maintain control you now have the option to:

• Set an amount you want to spend on any given day
• Set a time limit for your visit
• Be notified when you have reached your limit

Self Exclusion may be an option

What is Self-Exclusion?

Self-Exclusion is exactly as the name suggests, you may personally request to be excluded from entering the Casino. Self-exclusion is a simple and highly confidential process.

How to exclude yourself

Once you have decided that you wish to exclude yourself from entering the Casino, you may:

• Approach a staff member at the Security Podium at the Casino
• Contact the Responsible Gambling Team on +61 8 9362 7500
• Contact the Gaming Shift Manager (GSM) in person, or by telephone on +61 8 9362 7622.

A Security department staff member or the GSM will assist you in completing the necessary documentation to give effect to the exclusion.
