Meet Sirocco’s Chef de Cuisine, Brendon Rose

Brendon Rose, Chef de Cuisine

Brendon Rose brought a strong reputation with him when he arrived at Burswood in 2008: from heading-up Farrells in Victoria Park, and also the Sicilian in Subiaco. Now, just three years on, he is delighted to be Chef de Cuisine at Sirocco.

Further developing Sirocco’s modern and fresh cuisine is an exciting ongoing project for Brendon, and his steadfast passion for high quality produce is already producing great results.

Brendon believes in a strong culture of learning and development in the kitchen, ensuring his apprentices make the most of their time under him. Following the same ethos: outside of Sirocco, Brendon lectures in hospitality at a Community College.
