Renowned Chef Cheong Liew will showcase his culinary skills at Burswood Entertainment Complex in May, with two special dinner events at (A)LURE, plus a cooking demonstration.
Malaysian-born Liew earned international acclaim when he took over the Adelaide Hilton’s luxurious Grange restaurant in 1995. US Food and Wine named him one of the "top 10 hottest chefs alive” and in 1999 was bestowed the Medal of the Order of Australia “for service to the food and restaurant industry.”
